Current Research

The Policy Learning and Innovation research area is a broad group which is interested in what will enable and improve organisational performance using a variety of measures, not just the bottom line. The discipline areas of Human Resource Management, Marketing, Banking, Financial Management and General Management are currently represented, researching a wide variety of topics that include: complexity theory, knowledge management, staff turnover and retention, financial intelligence, efficiency in rural banks, organisational learning, talent management and the impact of the psychological contract. The research encompasses both private and public sector applications.
